The hereby Terms and conditions apply between « Les Soies de Marie » and its customers. Those conditions can be modified, so the applied terms and conditions are those in use on the order date.
Any order on the www.soiesdemarie.com site involves the knowledge and acceptance, without restriction, of the hereby terms and conditions.
Currency Unit / Prices
« Les Soies de Marie » only accept payments in euro. In case of foreign currency payments, customers bear the exchange transactions and costs.
Prices are indicated in euros (without shipping costs or other costs generated, if required, by the order treatment). Prices can be modified at any time by « Les Soies de Marie », the applied prices are the one in use at the order date.
Reliability of item colours
Photos of items on the site are not contractual and are not under Les Soies de Marie responsability. Moreover, the colours display depends on the material used by the customer (screen, printer), so « Les Soies de Marie » are not responsible in matter of reliability of colours display.
« Les Soies de Marie » items are handcrafted. Despite the care taken to respect our colour charts, slight differences can be noticed between two items of the same reference. Those differences can't be considered as faults and so cannot be a matter of complaint.
Payment modes
Several payment modes are offered to the customers :
- by bank checks : « Les Soies de Marie » wait for the check reception to consider the payment effective ;
- by transfer payment : the transfer has to be effective to enable order treatment ;
- by credit cards via Paypal : Customers will be redirected on Paypal site. « Les Soies de Marie » are not responsible for Paypal malfunctions ;
- by Paypal accounts : customers who already have a Paypal account can use it to pay.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs can vary with capacity and weight of the items and also with the delivery region. The selection of the right shipping mode is under the customer's responsability. By selecting a inadequate shipping mode/cost will involve the order freeze until the full shipping costs payment.
Shipping
An order is treated within 5 days following the effective payment except if some ordered items are sold out. So an order should be recieved within 10 days after its effective payment (average delay).
If an ordered item is sold out, the customer will be informed and will be able to choose the most adequate solution :
- exchange with an item identical in price ;
- reimbursing with a credit ;
- shipping of the in stock items with a further shipping for sold out items.
The ordered items are the customer's property since shipped by « Les Soies de Marie ». In case of late delivery or parcel loss, it's under the customer's responsability to approach the shipping company.
Right to cancel
Since the customer's order reception, there is a 7 days period to use his right to cancel. The customer bears the means and costs for the goods shipping back. The returns can be exchanged or reimbursed following the customer's choice. The customer bears the return costs (and will not be reimbursed). Reimbursing happen in a 30 days period once the right to cancel is exercised.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Any incomplete or damaged item cannot be exchanged or reimbursed. Any returned good is under the customer's responsability until reception by « Les Soies de Marie ».
Confirmation message
Once the order is validated, the customer receives a confirmation message. Any order is considered definitive once « Les Soies de Marie » has received payment. Once the right to cancel period is over, any delivered item is considered as consistent with the order . So it cannot be returned, exchanged or reimbursed.
Mistakes
« Les Soies de Marie » are not responsible for the customer's mistakes in his order. « Les Soies de Marie » are only responsible for its possible mistakes.
Personal informations
The customer's personal informations are only for « Les Soies de Marie » use and cannot be matter of fraudulous exploitation.
